All institutions of higher education in the state of Connecticut shall (1) develop and implement a policy consistent with subsection (b) of this section concerning the availability and use of opioid antagonists, as defined in section 17a-714 of the general statutes, by students and employees of the institution, (2) submit such policy to the Department of Consumer Protection for approval, and (3) upon approval of the department, post such policy on the institution's Internet web site.
